Internment 02:06
Making their lives increasingly tough As if America isn’t rigid enough Prosecute those who want to come in Whileseparating them from the rest of their kin Taking all the kids regardless of age Andforcing all of them to be locked in a cage This is how it is with their policies Splitting up the immigrants and their families Locked in a cell for crossing lines Internment in these modern times And when their parents aren’t around Who is protecting them now? Free the children! Sleeping on mats that litter the floor With aluminum sheets that are keeping them warm Policy leaves them scared and alone And without any plan of returning them home Need to be soothed but nothing is done As the workers make jokes at the cries of the young Permanently scarred, ruining their lives Undeserving immigrants that are traumatized
2.
Apathetic 02:35
Broken inside without repair Lost in a shadow of constant despair Being alive becomes a chore Nothing I like seems like fun anymore Challenge myself to get out of bed Rather stay in and do nothing instead Hide from the world into my room Behind these walls that will become my tomb And I know that it’s pathetic But I feel so apathetic Making a choice to be alone Facing my demons to fight on my own Incidents by which I’ve been shaped Limit the ones to whom I can relate I don’t expect people to stay Pushing the ones that I love far away Won’t have to feel abandoned and hurt If I am the one to abandon them first And I know that it’s pathetic But I feel so apatheticApathetic, yeah
3.
DIY 02:24
My heart’s being torn asunder When I see another venue going under One less place for us To go to a show So now we’re gonna have to drive far Or go to a really shitty dive bar And now all the kids Have nowhere to go So we’ll just do things ourselves In our own vision We don’t have to meet (our demise) We will always be (DIY) So we throw our own shows to play We do it alright, we do it our way Resturants, skate shops, record stores Helping other bands that have been on tour Hoping that the work we’ve done Has been a great service to everyone Don’t expect to make a check It’s a labor of love

Fourth Reich 01:17
Granted the courage From this election To end your hiding In the shadows Proudly declaring Racist ideals In a resurgance Of white pride Misled and full of hate Wanting an ethnostate Your words won’t make me numb Fuck off you Nazi scum! Rallied together Marching with torches Intimidation Your main tactic Driving through people Striking a woman Falling on violence To push your cause Swallow a bullet This country would be Better off with you all dead
5.
High-Strung 03:38
12 AM and I’m lying on the floor Struggling with things I’ve felt a hundred times before And I know that it’s made up in my head Unshakeable anxiety and overwhelming dread Another night of feeling hopelessly depressed The chronic pain up in my brain's an uninvited guest Sometimes I wonder if it’s in my DNA A burden to inherit that is managed everyday (All gone) My drive has disappeared Nothing’s worth the effort to contend with all my fears (How long) am I forced to feel this way? Bury me in apathy and end my wretched days! And in my current mental health Nobody’s as hard on me as I am on myself No room to make any mistakes Striving for perfection man, no matter what it takes Stressed out, my stomach is in knots Poisoned by the negativity of my own thoughts Constant worry takes it’s toll upon my heart Cause I’m thoroughly convinced that everything will fall apart I need to change my state of mind Before more damage can be done I fear I’m running out of time And my work has just begun

It’s been months since you’ve begun Holding this country under the gun Now your gaze has turned overseas Ending all help to the women in need Choosing things that you think are best Cutting off funds to the I.P.P.F Actions that bring a service to none Look at what you’ve done You must ease her plight Because it’s not right For a man to make that choice It’s not up to you (x2) All of her rights have been under attack Cause your dirty old hands will not get off her back Always a man who never cared Now you’re in power and (that’s not fair!) Who chose you to be leading the states With the things that you’ve said about women on tape Tell her how she should run her womb We’ll punch you in your face Waste my time watching the news Hearing your conservative views Stoking all the fires of hate To combine the church and the state How much more pain will you cause With your red Republican claws Waiting for your time to run out Until then we’ll shout
7.
I could not agree with anyone who took The meaning of existence from a story in a book Of a place free of any strife Full of empty promises of everlasting life Don’t you know that Heaven is a lie Made up by humanity as comfort when we die Everyday our time is running out The only time is now and so we have to make it count cause No god (no god) Around We all rot in the ground! Capitalist... and Jesus? Scared to death of a socialist I have a laceration from all this salvation From catholic self-flatulations So do what you want, don‘t fucking cry When yer fallin’ off the ladder with two black eyes It’s hard to believe in something untrue So I do a couple things to keep my head on screwed Doesn’t matter how you get it or who you pray to Just as long as you don’t forget it means something to you And whatever you choose, I hope it doesn’t hurt a soul Cause if it does we'll kill you ya know!

Grown 01:16
Future unclear without him here Safety net cut, scared to grow up Grown Alone Temporary help from family Can’t depend on them for too long Have to get an education Need to move but which direction? I will do whatever it takes To avoid my father’s mistakes Don’t know where my path lies But I know that the choice is mine
9.
Another year with an election There wasn’t much of a selection I can’t believe that you were chosen To get the job, especially when Nothing that you ever say is true Totally incompetent at everything you do But I can’t see how you got so many votes Unless you didn’t win this election on your own Cash your paycheck at the Alfa Making deals for campaign support Foreign bodies interfering Rig the game and reap the rewards I’m not surprised at this corruption Democracy no longer functions When a man who’s in it for himself Can break the law to further supplement his wealth Would you know that it isn’t stopping there Multiple associates were part of this affair As we fall into further disarray Your party is to blame cause they looked the other way
10.
No one’s safe in these events Firearm fueled epidemics of death You won’t say that a gun is a tool When your child is next to be murdered at school No steps made for this to end Then we’re surprised when it happens again I know things won’t be fixed in a day All I know is that something has to change Tell me why they had to die Government fails in protecting our lives Just so their pockets are stuffed All of these mass shootings are enough Of us living in fear Prepping our schools if a gunman appears With a death toll this obscene 200 killed since 2013 Congress fails at doing their job Getting paid off to not make any laws Interest groups just don’t understand They hold blood of the victims on their hands NO MORE GETTING PAID BY THE NRA
